It must be noted too that the max size for printing is HUGE! Most fulfillment companies will be only printing designs up to A3 size when doing DTG but Shirt Monkey has invested very wisely in machines that can really cover the space. A big advantage when making units for L, XL, XXL, etc customers.
I did up this first run to check quality, communication and value for money. Shirt Monkey ticked most of the boxes with a front pocket print plus a full back print coming out at around £16 per shirt including VAT and before shipping costs (another £6 incl VAT for local UK shipping).
I will say one thing... I wasn't 100% happy with the prints on the black t-shirt. I can tell they put a white base down for the back print which was what I was hoping and I assumed the reason for the slight extra cost for that unit, but unfortunately, they did not do this for the front pocket print.
In no way a deal-breaker but with it being the first thing customers would see it would have been nice for it to have the white base so the colours could be as vibrant as the back (plus I did pay for 2 prints, I'd assume they'd both be the same quality on the one garment).
Like I said definitely not a deal-breaker but it would be a factor to keep in mind when designing for dark garments. Maybe add a note that you'd like them to put down a base for all designs.
OVerall 9/10 experience. Highly Recommend :)
